64 Studio 1.0 'Olympic' release notes This is the first stable release of 64 Studio. It is named in recognition of the work of Glyn Johns and Eddie Kramer at Olympic Studios in London. The CD will install a custom Debian GNU/Linux system specialised for multimedia content creation. To install, put the disc into your CD drive and reboot your computer. After the reboot, make sure you see a screen with the Debian logo on it. If you don't see it, please check that your computer is configured to boot from the CD drive. You may need to make changes in the BIOS settings of your PC to alter the boot sequence. PLEASE NOTE BEFORE INSTALLING! Installing any operating system will interact with your PC on a fundamental level, including deleting, reformatting or resizing hard disc partitions. This may result in data loss, so you must back up any programs or data you wish to keep before beginning the installation.
